web prices may vary from day to day; our aim is to offer very competitive
prices on HAYGAIN hay steamers and a range of other products. All prices
quoted on the website include vat and UK mainland delivery, there are no
quantity breaks so every customer is able to get the same great prices.
Delivery
Your order will be
processed within one working day of receipt and we aim to deliver all orders
within 7 working days. Most products are delivered by a third party delivery
service and will require a signature upon delivery. If for any reason there
is a problem with your order you will be contacted within 24 hours of
receipt of your order.
Overseas Delivery
It is not possible
to give delivery charges online for overseas shipment. If your order is to
be delivered outside the UK mainland we will advise you by email of the
additional charge, your order will not be dispatched until we receive your
email confirmation that the shipping charge is acceptable.
Returns Policy
The descriptions of
all items contained on this website are as accurate as possible, please
carefully read the specification of the product you are ordering. We have a
range of products designed for different levels of use; please ensure you
choose a product that is suited to your needs. We do not offer a money back
guarantee, however if you wish to exchange an unused product for a superior
model in the range we can arrange this and charge the prevailing collection
transport costs together with a £15 checking/repacking fee and the
difference in cost of the superior product selected. Refunds are only given
at the discretion of PropressEquine.com. Please ensure that you read the
instructions carefully for any product you have purchased, misuse and
failure to follow manufacturers owner service procedures will void your
warranty. We do offer return to base servicing and in the event that your
product requires service please contact us through
